The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms but they are in need of refurbishment. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The location is excellent with easy access to the gondola and nearby pubs and restaurants. The dining experience is satisfying, although some improvements could be made. Overall, a good value for money option in a convenient location.
The hotel was spotless clean, but the lobby noise with guests and kids was a drawback. The smell of smoke was also a downside, and it wasn't fully worth the price paid.
